Team and candidate
We are looking for a creative and experienced visual specialist with analytical and synthesis skills to join ControlHub team. The ideal candidate is interested in the US tech industry, and is either used to the startup way of doing things, or wants to get into the startup ecosystem.
This candidate has a growth mindset and passion for adding value to current and future customers. That passion comes through as producing highly valuable & engaging content for our fans on a daily basis, with the ultimate goal of turning them into customers and future advocates. Written, image and video are all formats of content that will be planned, produced, post-produced, and published on ControlHub’s website, and social media handles.
Although your involvement on these formats of content and its production stages will vary in accordance to ControlHub's needs, the main focus of this role, for now, is to edit short and long form video interviews such as this one, make text to video transcripts and distribute the content through our website and social media handles.
What you’ll do
- Follow The GaryVee Content Model.
- Produce all the visual support that the blog posts need: charts, text to video animations.
- Operate directly in Webflow, designing and optimizing content.
- Be part of CH graphic designing team.
- Editing video for ControlHub and Buildernation.
- Buildernation interview edition, thumbnail generation.
- Continuously maintain a strong knowledge of ControlHub’s value proposition, ICP, features, and market trends.
What we seek
- Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred).
- Interested in the US tech industry (Preferred).
- Experience in CMS management and readiness to become a WebFlow designer Ninja.
- Passion for content production and post-production.
- Portfolio of previous work showcasing great video editing skills & creativity.
- Exceptional English listening & writing skills.
- Goal oriented with a strong sense of self-accountability & ability to time manage.
- Analytical and synthesis skills.
