What you’ll do

You’ll have a direct impact on every part of the stack to accelerate our product growth and development
Work side to side with the founding team
Develop on our current stack: React, Slack API, Ruby, Sinatra, Postgresql.
Write code that will allow us to scale on the back-end
Use data and analytics to improve the product and customer experience
Solve end-to-end problems
Test your code (e.g. writing unit-tests and API-integration tests)
Adopt agile methodologies to continuously release and deploy iterations of our applications

What we seek

2+ years of experience building products and services
Solid architecture skills + Strong computer science fundamentals
Understanding of standard web technologies (HTTP, JSON, etc.)
Experience implementing APIs with REST
Experience implementing token-based authentication standards
Experience with unit testing code
Highly motivated, highly collaborative individual
Passion to develop elegant and cutting-edge solutions for real-world small business problems
Strong desire to learn and grow
